TACO SEASONING

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp. chili powder
• 1 tbsp. cumin
• 1 tbsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. pepper
• 1 tbsp. paprika
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp. monkfruit (or sweetener of choice)
• 3/4 tsp. oregano
• 1 tsp. tapioca starch

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and store in a jar.
2. Add 2 tbsp of taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water. Cook for another 2-3 minutes over low heat then remove and set aside.
3. I like to use 2 tbsp of the taco seasoning for every one pound of ground turkey.
